Campus Master Plan
Unity, Maine
A long-range master plan was developed for the Unity College campus. The plan called for a carbon-neutral, energy efficient campus, with an emphasis on wetlands and stream restoration. The plan also focused on creating usable outdoor spaces, improving the quality of the pedestrian realm, and deemphasizing the presence of cars. The planning process involved dynamic workshops involving students, faculty, administration, and community leaders.
